About Paula Jimenez
There is a particular kind of trust that forms between a bride and her planner. It is built slowly through honest conversations, through follow-through, through the feeling that someone truly understands what this day means to you and will not let it fall short of that.

That trust is what we work to earn from the very first conversation.

I’m Paula, the founder and creative director of Paula Jimenez Events. I established this studio because I believe that destination weddings deserve more than logistics management. They deserve a team that is genuinely invested in the experience, from the first email to the final dance.
Over the past ten years, I have had the privilege of working alongside couples who chose Baja California Sur as the backdrop for one of the most significant days of their lives. Many of them were planning from abroad, navigating time zones, language barriers, and an unfamiliar vendor landscape. My role – and the role of my team- is to remove every one of those obstacles, and to replace uncertainty with clarity, confidence, and calm.
We are a small, intentional studio. We take on a limited number of weddings each year so that every couple receives our full attention. We are not a production company. We are not a volume business. We are a team of dedicated professionals who care deeply about the work we do and the people we do it for.
When you work with us, you are not handed off to a coordinator you’ve never met. You work directly with me and with a trusted team that I have built and trained, making this process feel the way it should be considered, supported, and genuinely enjoyable.
